Built for good coffee and unhurried hours
How a small Koramangala corner became a second home for the neighbourhood's makers, readers and early risers.
It began with one espresso machine
We opened Brew & Bloom in 2021 with a single espresso machine, a home oven, and a stubborn belief that a great cafe to work from didn't exist within walking distance. So we built one.
Today we roast weekly, bake daily, and know most of our regulars by their order. The room has grown, but the idea hasn't changed: slow down, sit a while, and drink something made with care.
